Boston Police Officer Threatened With Voodoo Spell
An angry, drunk, swearing, and belligerent 25 year old Vivencia Bellegarde was stopped by MA State Police for running a Boston Globe delivery truck off Rt. 93 onto the Leverett Connector in Boston. At the arrest site, police found 3 EBT cards on her, one in her name and the other two not. Using racial slurs against him, she yelled that while the state trooper has to pay for his food, that she gets hers for free!
And then, she threatened the arresting officer, saying she promised to put a voodoo spell on him! A voodoo spell can be prosecuted as a threat of bodily harm!
