More and more people are inviting their wedding party to go with them on their honeymoon, something being called a "buddymoon."

Experts say many couples see it as an opportunity to spend more time with loved ones who gathered together conveniently, especially for destination weddings.

A Michigan-based travel agent, Diera Duiser, says "With honeymoon registries, guests are seeing more of what couples are doing on their honeymoon. They say, 'Hey, we bought you a swim-with-dolphins-package--why don't we come along and watch you do it?"

Some experts warn that taking a large group of people on vacation can be "overwhelming."
