If you complain that you don't have enough time to workout, there's an App for that.  

Yes I found the Seven Minute Workout app.  It's pretty fun too!  The app is free for your smart device and all you need is a chair and a wall to lean against and you are good to go.  The app takes you through simple exercises that last for 30 seconds and they allow you ten seconds to rest between workouts.  You start with jumping jacks and then do some squats and push-ups and before you know it in under ten minutes you've worked up a sweat and your heart is racing.  Give it a try if you think you are too busy to workout.
