If you know Phil Paleologos, you KNOW Phil Paleologos. Friday, March 4th is National Employee Appreciation Day. We decided to celebrate by telling all of you what it's like to work with Phil.

For me, working with Phil is like working with my grandfather. His excitement when he sees you walk through the door, his bear hug, calling me "kookleetsa" (sweetheart), and always offering a helping hand whenever I start to feel overwhelmed. There's nothing quite like working with Phil. Maybe this video will give you an idea of what I mean.
