Woman In Raynham Found Covered In Blood

Raynham Police are investigating after a woman was found on the side of the road covered in blood.

Police tell ABC6 that the woman was found near the Taunton line on Tuesday by a person driving by, who then called police.

She was found outside of a heavily-wooded area, but police say there are no trails that go through it and the scene was taped off.

The woman was reported to be unresponsive but alive and was transported to Morton Hospital in Taunton, her current condition is unknown.

At this point police say they don't know what happened to the woman.
