The Aaron Hernandez murder trial continued Tuesday after a late start.

Regular proceedings were delayed after one juror was excused. It was discovered juror #96 had discussed the trial at length before being chosen to serve on the jury, and had also attended more Patriots games than previously admitted on the juror questionnaire.

Murder victim Odin Lloyd's girlfriend and sister of Hernandez's fiancée, Shaneah Jenkins continued to undergo questioning by prosecutors. Jenkins described the hours after discovering Lloyd had been killed, and being consoled by the now-accused Hernandez at his Attleboro home.

Jenkins also noted her sister, Shayanna Jenkins was acting 'not normal' and 'secretive', receiving text messages and phone calls in Hernandez's basement.

At one point, Jenkins says she witnessed her sister go into the basement with a large black trash bag. She returned minutes later asking to borrow her car to go to the bank. Jenkins said her sister had never asked to borrow her car before.
