Winter Raises Havoc With Local Realtors

Its not easy to sell a house, even in perfect weather, but imagine trying to sell property when its covered with several feet of snow, there's no place to park, and proper inspections have to be delayed.

That's what realtors are facing in Massachusetts....

That's Paul Chasse, CEO of the Southeastern Mass. Association of Realtors.

He says sales started to take a hit at the end of January and he expects the numbers for February may be even worse.

Chasse says he's never seen any winter impact sales of homes like this one.
