Wind Turbine Suit In Scituate

A wind turbine in Scituate will keep spinning while a family that lives nearby sues to shut it down. 

Accoording to published reports,  a judge denied a preliminary injunction that would have stopped the turbine while the suit is pending. The family says noise and flickering shadows are causing health problems.
