Wind Gusts Damage Section Of Seaport Inn

Gusty winds on Friday caused damage to a vacant wing of the Seaport Inn in Fairhaven.  The winds blew off a section of roofing materials onto the property's parking lot off Route SIx. 

Fireifghters responded shortly after noon-time.  Lt. Wally Therrien says damage was minimal and no one was hurt. 

The owners were urged to cordon off the parking lot to prevent any injuries or property damage.
