While still in critical condition, Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been arraigned, and will be tried in federal Court. 

 

According to the Associated Press, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will not be tried as an enemy combatant, but White House spokesman Jay Carney says that he will be tried in the Federal Court system.

Tsarnaev is a US citizen, cannot be tried in military commissions, according to Carney.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, is the suspected bomber of the Boston marathon along with his Brother Tamerlan Tsarnaez who was killed during a shootout with police on Friday April 19, 2013.
