What’s Your Favorite Hot Sauce?

I love hot sauce, especially on fresh popcorn and on grilled hot dogs, no pun intended. I know one of the best sellers is Tabasco, but my favorites include Sriracha sauce, made by Huy Fong Foods. This stuff is addictive and delicious with a perfect balance heat, great flavor and fresh garlic.

My other favorite, completely different in taste, is FRANK'S RED HOT ORIGINAL. (Food Service Secret: for great Buffalo Sauce, take two thirds Frank's and add one third melted butter or margarine. Shake and enjoy a less spicy but very tasty dipping sauce!)
