Yes, Katherine McPhee is a Hollywood beauty, actress and recording star, but were you aware that Massachusetts gave her the launch needed to enter the major league of entertainment?

Looking forward to returning here, Katherine spent time as a musical theatre major at The Boston Conservatory, and she appeared with the Boston Symphony Orchestra as a featured vocalist alongside Sting, Andrea Bocelli and famed trumpeter Chris Botti.

She spent the last two years shooting the Steven Spielberg/NBC TV series SMASH in New York City.

Currently working on her next solo album, Katherine has been collaborating with some of the industry's top songwriters, including Rihanna, Beyoncé, Christine Aguilera, Justin Bieber and more.
