Vanilla has been named America's favorite ice cream flavor for the second year in a row, according to a survey from the International Ice Cream Association.

The survey polled ice cream companies across the U.S. and found that chocolate was runner-up, followed by butter pecan. Coffee, Neapolitan and Rocky Road all tied for fourth place.

As far as toppings go, hot fudge, sprinkles and nuts are the most popular. Pecans are the most popular nut, strawberries are the most popular fruit.
