First thing after a drawing I always check my lottery numbers. It came as no shock to me that I lost the Powerball drawing the other day! Now it looks like Wednesday's Powerball drawing is up to $425-million dollars, the most in the games history. That is a huge payout, if you won what would be the first thing you would do with the money? I would pay off every bill I had, then I would make sure my family was well taken care of and after that I would plan a nice vacation around the world.

Would I work? That is a question I would have to answer a yes to, I think you have to do something to occupy your time.

With that amount of dough you could start your own business and be the boss, after all who would want to work for someone else when you are set? I would also give to charity, because it's the right thing to do. There was a story about what you could buy with that much money, if you are thinking about a professional sports team, you could buy almost any NHL team - the top 3 would be too expensive.

You could buy any NASCAR team, many of the NBA teams, you could buy a number of Major League Baseball teams, however, you could not afford any of the NFL teams. I guess you could buy a nice luxury box at the stadium though.

It is nice to dream about winning the lottery, and lots of people will try and make their dream come true Wednesday night by playing their numbers in the Powerball, most of us will not win. Look on the bright side, at least you still will have your dreams.
