Weather Suspends Search For Fall River Man

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office says they have suspended Monday's search for missing Fall River man due to choppy conditions and impending storms.

Officials say 35-year-old Emerson Belirio went overboard in South Watuppa Pond around 4:45 p.m. Saturday.

Belirio, his wife, and their two children were passengers onboard a 20-foot cabin cruiser belonging to another married couple when the incident happened.

Rescue personnel have been searching by air and by sea for Belirio ever since.

The search for Belirio will resume Tuesday morning.
