Wareham has agreed to pay Bristol County Agricultural School for this year but says it is uncertain about future payments.

Wareham Superintendent Kelly Shaver Hood told the Wareham Week the town is only obliged to reimburse the school if similar programs aren't available at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical High School. Bristol Aggie Supt. Stephen Dempsey however, says that Upper Cape doesn't have room for those Wareham students and that while some programs may be similar, there are some differences.

Dempsey says he has sent a letter to the state regarding the situation. Wareham pays Bristol Aggie more than $18,000 per year.
