Wareham Police Arrest Woman for Second OUI, Indecent Exposure

WAREHAM — A Falmouth woman is arrested in Wareham on her second OUI offense.

On Monday, June 11 at about 12:15 p.m., Wareham Police received a report of an erratic driver who had almost struck other vehicles on Route 195 eastbound. Further reports indicated that the vehicled had exited the highway and pulled into the parking lot near Five Guys Burgers.

A witness then reported that a female had exited the car. Officer Eric Machado approached her, and after investigation, the female operator of the car was placed under arrest for her second OUI offense, as well as indecent exposure.

The operator was identified as 48-year-old Constance Raleigh of Falmouth. She was transported to police headquarters, where she was processed before being sent to Wareham District Court for arraignment on Tuesday.
