Wareham Man Hits Car, Arrested for Drunk Driving

WAREHAM - On Saturday, April 28, at about 3:20 p.m., Officer Stephen Joy was on patrol and observed a white Toyota in the area of 448 Main Street strike a parked car. The parked vehicle was pushed approximately 30 feet, and Officer Joy immediately stopped to render aid and investigate the crash.

After the investigation, the operator, Roderick Martin, 60, of 4 Bayside Avenue, Wareham, was placed under arrest for OUI Liquor, and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. There were no injuries as a result of the crash.
