Wareham Bank Robbed, Police Need Your Help

Wareham Police are investigating a mid morning bank robbery at the Eastern Bank on Main Street. Police responded to the bank following a call from a bank employee.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 5 foot 9, weighing 180 pounds with dark brown facial hair. He entered the bank and passed a note to the teller indicating that he had a weapon and after recieving an undetermined amount of cash, he left in an unkown direction. A weapon was never shown and no bank employees were injured.
