A man facing an accessory to murder charge in the case involving former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been ordered held without bail.

Ernest Wallace, of Miramar, Florida, pleaded not guilty Monday in Attleboro District Court. He mouthed ``I love you'' to some people sitting in the courtroom. He returns to court July 22nd.

After the arraignment,  Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter said it's too early to get into the specifics about who fatally shot Odin Lloyd on June 17th.

In the meantime, an Attleboro judge says he will release impounded search warrant materials in the murder case involving Aaron Hernandez.

District Court Judge Daniel O'Shea on Monday said the material will be released at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
