Worleybeds Factory Outlet manufactures mattresses and boxsprings right here in New Bedford and sells them direct to the public in their factory outlet store located on Popes Island in New Bedford. The company was opened in 1954 by John Worley Sr. Today the day to day operations of the business are run by his grandson, Patrick, who has grown up in the business. From cutting threads for the stitchers when he was six years old to delivering and setting up purchases that he built himself to designing new models, Patrick has learned the business from the ground up. So when it comes to choosing a mattress you won’t find a more knowledgeable and experienced person anywhere and we are a complete sleep shop. We also carry a terrific selection of beds, bedroom furniture, adjustable beds, the best selection of futons in this area, headboards, platform beds, pillows, toppers and so much more including the Pure Latex Bliss and Tempurpedic brands. Located on the New Bedford harbor, we have a beautiful showroom where most of our products are displayed.

Why They’re Unique: Their experience and commitment to quality. And because they are the manufacturer you get more for your money because you are buying it direct. Their reputation is impeccable. Unlike mass produced brands, most of their models have an extended life because they still think mattresses should be padded on both sides! They can make just about any size and any firmness mattress for an antique bed, boat or RV. We use “real” latex foam rubber, memory, gel, soy based polyurethane and a variety of innerspring designs. Because they’ve been around so long in the industry, they are very knowledgeable about a lot of different types of beds.
They Can Answer Questions Relating to: Comfort and mattress support, mattress options, truth versus marketing fiction about mattresses.
