Veteran: States May Have To Take Over Medical Marijuana [Video]

I had a veteran call Brian's Beat today. I didn't get his name. We often thank the vet for their service. What many of us miss is how they are treated when they come home. It's very interesting to listen to the words and the feeling behind those words.

What really strikes me is how this man describes why vets suffer at V.A. hospitals. Not how but why they suffer. I can only hope it's an isolated incident. More and more, I'm understanding why marijuana needs to be a state's rights issue. Check out this brief interview, then give me your thoughts.
