Maceo Smith New Tech High School director and theater arts teacher, Scot Pankey, is definitely a "maker." The project-based tech school in Dallas allows the students to have three weeks to come up with a solution to a problem and present as a group. Pankey led his students in the choreographed dance that has gone viral since it was posted online on Saturday, Jan 24.
