UMD Police Issue Alert For Suspected Flasher

UMass Dartmouth Police have issued an alert for a man they believe has exposed himself to women over the past three weeks.

The department says the incidents took place October 19 at about 1:15 PM in the area of Lot 16, November 6 at about 4:30 PM in the area of Lot 14, November 13 at about 11:57 AM in the area of Lot 3, and November 16, at about 9:15 AM in the area of Lot 16.

The suspect is described as having a light to medium complexion, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, thick black hair, thick eyebrows and close cropped facial hair.

It has been reported that he was wearing sweat pants or athletic shorts that have been gray or blue in color and a sweatshirt that is blue or gray.

During the incident that was reported Monday morning the suspect was said to be carrying a blue/green LL Bean backpack with a tan border and wearing gray sweatshirt hoodie and sweatpants of an undetermined color.
