UMass Dartmouth Professor Kent Manning Reacts To Third Presidnetial Debate

The third and last Presidential debate is over and the question that everyone wants to know is who won or lost. The subject was foreign policy. U Mass Dartmouth Political Science Professor Kenneth Manning appeared on WBSM’s morning show and said he was surprised at the tone that Governor Romney took against the President.

Manning felt that the President came out the winner of the debate.
