Two Women Sought In Connection With Fall River Stabbing

Authorities are looking for two women in connection with a homicide in Fall River.

Gregg Miliote, a spokesman with the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, says officers were called to 477 Third St. around 3 p.m. Saturday over reports a man had been stabbed.

Upon arrival first responders found the victim, identified as 53-year-old Brian Jones of Fall River, and rushed him to St. Anne's Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries and died.

A woman, identified as 37-year-old Adrienne A. Brown, was last seen fleeing the scene in a gold four-door Honda sedan with Massachusetts license plate number 3HM-343.

She lives at 477 Third Street with her daughter, identified as 19-year-old Quaneja Dkayla Groce-Brown and Miliote says police are also trying to find Groce-Brown so they can speak with her.
