New Bedford Police were called to a break in progress at 3 am Wednesday morning at the Metro PCS store at 1873 Acushnet Avenue in the north end.

They found the front door smashed and gathered evidence inside the store that led to the description of two suspects. Following a search, police found 2 men fitting the description in the area of Clifford Street. They also found a garbage bag nearby containing 9 cell phones, cases and other items taken from the business.

Police arrested 33 year old Jeremy Galary of Deane Street and 27 year old Justin Moura of Glennon Street. Both were charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime and larceny in a building. They were arraigned in district court. Both men had previous court cases set up for Wednesday and Thursday.
