There's no immediate decision on the latest change of venue request for the Boston Marathon bombing trial.

Oral arguments were heard by an appeals court three judge panel this morning.

Lawyers for bombing suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev argued he could not get a fair trial in Boston. The defense cited media attention and the large number of people impacted by the 2013 bombings.

The Prosecution argues jury selection is moving forward. No word on when a decision will be made.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
