There is not going to be a delay in jury selection for the federal trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev .

The trial judge has ruled it will start as scheduled on Monday because a delay would be too inconvenient for the 12-hundred prospective jurors.

Tsarnaev's lawyers requested the postponement until the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals rules on a defense request to move the trial out of Massachusetts.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
