A truck with its front wheel hanging over the edge of an elevated highway in Boston is creating major commuter headaches.
The box track crashed on Interstate 93 southbound in the city's Dorchester neighborhood on Thursday morning.

The crash backed up traffic in both directions on the busy highway in and out of Boston.

Because the truck was hanging over railway tracks, the MBTA has suspended Red Line trolley service between the JFK/UMass and North Quincy stations and using shuttle buses to move passengers.

Commuter rail service on some lines south of Boston was also being delayed.

**Update** State Police say 2 people were injured and transported to area hospitals.
