Experts say it's entirely possible and reasonable that witnesses to the Boston Marathon bombings may be experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Intense fear, feeelings of helplessness, and flashbacks can all be associated with PTSD. John Kampersal, leading psychiatric social worker with Southcoast Health System says family support is probably the best remedy.

Kampersal and fellow social worker Andrea Johnson say there are various coping methods when it comes to dealing with PTSD.
