Homelessness is a chronic problem in New Bedford, but there are many people working on it. Reverend David Lima, a member of the Homeless Service Providers Network in New Bedford was a guest on Townsquare Sunday. He spoke with WBSM's Jim Phillips about what's being done to give the homeless the help they need.
