Townsquare Sunday: A’s Before J’s

New Bedford Election Commissioner Manny DeBritto spends much of his time reviewing elections, studying election laws, and keeping track of the city's voting list.  However in his spare time, DeBritto is looking for ways to the help kids improve their academic achievement in school.

DeBritto has formed an organization called "A's Before J's," to help young people understand the importance of improving their grades before hitting the basketball court or other activity.  DeBritto joins WBSM's Jim Phillips on Townsquare Sunday to discuss his organization, and where it goes from here.
