June Cleaver, the quintessential 1950s housewife from "Leave It To Beaver, has the title of best television mom, according to a survey by Harris Interactive.  With Mother's Day around the corner, Americans were asked which fictional mother from TV history they would most like to have had growing up.  June Cleaver, played by the late Barbara Billingsley, clinched the top spot for the second year in a row.  "Cosby Show" mom Claire Huxtable is the runner up, followed by Carol Brady from "The Brady Bunch."  Debuting on list this year is Michelle Duggar, the real-life mother on the reality show "19 Kids and Counting."  "Happy Days'" Marion Cunningham, Lucy Ricardo from "I Love Lucy," and Samatha Stevens from "Bewitched" are among the most beloved TV moms as well.
