The New England Patriots will have Tom Brady as their quarterback until he decides to hang it up, thanks to a new deal he signed on Monday.

Brady, now 35, signed a three year deal that will keep him in New England through the 2017 season. When the 2013 season officially starts, Brady will have turned 36. This deal will see him in a Pat's uniform until he is almost 40.

The deal is worth a reported $27 million, and is bit a of a pay cut for Brady. With that deal, it frees up around $15 million for the Patriots salary cap for the 2013 season. Perhaps New England will get Brady a few more weapons, or beef up the defense with the extra money.
