Governor Deval Patrick has ordered that the United States and the Massachusetts flags be flown at half-staff for three days this week, honoring three state servicemen who died this month. On Wednesday, flags at all public institutions of the state will be lowered to half-staff in honor of Marine Cpl. Kevin Dabrowski of Webster, who died August 11. Thursday’s flag lowering will be in honor of U.S. Army Master Sgt. Gregory R. Trent of Norton who died August 8.

On Friday, flags will be lowered in memory of U.S. Army Spc. David A. Mulno of Tewksbury, who died August 11.
