[THOMAS] Candidate Dehner is Right, Chuck The Residency Law

Waiver, after waiver after waiver. That's what the Mayor requests and the New Bedford City Council usually says yes. Former Ward 3 councilor Kathy Dehner is all to familiar with acquiescing to residency waivers. Candidate Dehner seems to agree with me, it may be time to get rid of the city's antiquated residency law.
