[THOMAS] Becoming Aware Of Immigrants Positive Contributions

Looks like week 3 of the Trump presidency will feature yet another series protests. February 16 may forever be remembered as Immigrant Awareness Day. It's really called a day without immigrants, featuring a work stoppage, no sales and peaceful protests all waged against President Trump's immigration and refugee executive order. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise!

Many restaurants vow to close showing support. Large numbers from the so-labeled immigrant population, particularly Hispanics, are being urged not to spend their money in recognition of the numerous contributions all immigrants have and continue to make to the woven fabric of our nation.

BTW>> Who among us doesn't have immigrant blood in their system?

I stamp "endorsement" and firmly believe this walk off the job action needs to be followed up with weekly positive action.
