BOSTON (AP) — A third man has been arrested in connection with a shooting last month near a Boston high school that left a 17-year-old student dead.

Police say 20-year-old Jaden Waiters faces a murder charge in connection with the June 8 shooting death of Raekwon Brown, a student at Jeremiah Burke High School. Waiters is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. It could not immediately be determined if he has a lawyer.

Brown was killed and three other people were injured in the brazen daylight shooting.

Students said they heard six or seven shots just after a fire alarm went off inside the school, although police have said the shooting and alarm appear to be unconnected.

Two other suspects are being held without bail after pleading not guilty. The shooting remains under investigation.
