The World’s Ugliest Dog!

The 26th Annual “Ugliest Dog Contest” was held in Petaluma, California this past Friday.
Some of the most peculiar looking pets around took part in the event, but it was North Carolina’s “Peanut” who earned the blue ribbon. The 2 year old mutt somewhat resembles a werewolf with its straggly black and white fur, exposed teeth and enormous eyes. However, this lovable canine has a sweet disposition and is full of energy. He was the victim of animal abuse and was severely burned as a puppy, but his new owner says he is now very healthy. Way to go Peanut! (He is not the dog featured in this post)
