The Red Sox are headed to the American League Championship Series after beating the Rays 3-1. The Sox now wait to see who they will play for the right to go to the World Series. The Sox will host game one Saturday against either Detroit or Oakland. The Tigers and A's play tomorrow.

In the National League, the Cardinals will host the Pirates in Game Five tonight. The winner will face the Dodgers.

The Celtics play pre-season game two tonight against the Knicks in Providence.

The Bruins are back on the ice tomorrow as they host the Colorado Avalanche.

The Patriots return to practice today as they get set to host the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Rob Gronkowski is expected to be cleared to play.

FIELD HOCKEY: Dartmouth and Bridgewater Raynham tied 0-0.

UMASS DARTMOUTH: Men's soccer beat Mass Maritime 6-0, Women's soccer shut out Nichols 5-0.
