‘The Purge 3′ Shooting Soon in RI

The Purge 3 will be filming in Rhode Island throughout September and October, with shooting expecting to be wrapped up around Halloween.

The film's star, Frank Grillo--who will be reprising his role as Sargeant from the 2014 sequel The Purge: Anarchy--revealed to Collider that he'd be filming in Rhode Island for "six or seven weeks."

According to the Newport Buzz, the film is expected to be filmed around Providence and there are rumors of additional filming on Aquidneck Island.

The original The Purge was released in 2013. The Purge 3 is slated for a July 2016 release.
