It didn't take long for the Democrats in Washington to show their cards. On their first day back in control of the House, bills were introduced to impeach President Trump and to eliminate the Electoral College. I guess they still haven't gotten over 2016.

It would also appear as though they don't understand the Constitution, since the House cannot dump the Electoral College and certainly cannot remove the president from office. Freshman U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Michigan) apparently doesn't know that, as she proudly screeched to supporters last night, "we're gonna impeach the motherf****r!"

Remember when new members of a governing body would sit quietly for the first few months, listening and learning before entering the fray? Yeah, Senator Mitt Romney (R-Utah) missed that memo, too.

The madness doesn't stop with the new members though, as returning House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared herself on equal footing with the president under the Constitution. What page is that on again? And veteran Congressman Hank Johnson (D-Georgia) attacked Trump supporters as "older, less educated, less prosperous, and they are dying early."

One thing is for sure, the Democrats will give us lots of theatrics and drama over the next two years, but results are what will matter to the voters. Unless they are able to tone down the rhetoric and produce results, they will find themselves in the minority in the House real soon.

Trump just got the Chinese to buy rice from America. Seriously. For the first time ever, the Chinese will buy rice from America. Let's see the Democrats top that.
