The Cake Boss Gets Lost In The Fog

The Cake Boss and his family are safe after getting stranded in thick fog during a weekend boat ride. Buddy Valastro was on his way back from dinner with family and friends when they got stranded.

The 36-foot Boston Whaler drifted into a dangerous shipping canal in the Port of New York and New Jersey. Their party included nine children. No one was injured.

The star of TLC's "Cake Boss" said he would like to thank NYPD and FDNY for rescuing him Friday night.
