The Bruins season is over. Chicago scored two goals 17 seconds apart in the third period to win the Stanley Cup last night at TD Garden. Chris Kelly and Milan Lucic scored for Boston. 3 to 2 was the final.

Patrice Bergeron now has time to heal. He told reporters last night that he played Game Six with a broken rib and torn cartilage. Bergeron said he also suffered a separated shoulder during last night's game, but continued to play.

The Red Sox open a 9-game home stand tonight. They host the Rockies in the first of a two game Interleague series. Ryan Dempster will pitch. WBSM pregame time tonight is 6:24pm.

Former Patriots coach Bill Parcells tells "USA Today" that he regrets leaving the Pats saying he had a good young team. Parcells left after the 1996 season for the Jets. He says both he and Patriots owner Bob Kraft were too headstrong and should have done things differently.
