One teacher took it upon himself to show his students how meat is processed. A lesson most young people should learn for proper nutrition, but I think he took this "hands-on" approach too literally.

The New York Post reported that on November 6th, an innocent rabbit was the victim of an Idahoan high school teacher's demonstration. He broke the critters' neck and proceeded to skin the animal in front of his sophomore class. I can't imagine sitting there, watching him cut up poor, helpless Peter Rabbit. He could now face disciplinary action due to several complaints of the unorthodox method. At least his pupils were given a heads up, and allowed to leave for that disgusting presentation. "Learn at your own risk!"

I'm sorry, but this guy's method is extremely questionable. There are DOZENS of documentaries on meat processing that are sure to ruin your students lunch. There was no need to kill that poor innocent creature to make your point. Shame on you!
