As many of you know, I've been losing a significant amount of weight recently. I came to a point in my life where I was just tired of being rotund, and I finally decided to do something about it.

Thanks to some advice from my uncle, I began the "Caveman Diet" just about three months ago. In short, I've just been eating healthy, natural foods in light portions.

Three months and fifty pounds lighter! I've gone down four pants sizes, from a 44 to a 38, and I'm getting compliments left and right!

I still have 20-30lbs to lose, but I feel great!
