Tanker Truck Explodes On Louisiana Highway

Video has appeared online of a tanker truck accident on a highway near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The video seems more like an expensive Hollywood stunt, than real life.

According to KLTV, the truck was carrying isobutane, which is very much like propane. The valves used to remove the fuel were damaged in the crash, which meant crews were not able to drain it.

It doesn't look like anyone was inured in the accident, or explosion. The tanker truck was rear ended by an 18-wheeler, which was hauling beer.
