Conn. Man Charged With Making Bomb Threat Avoids Jail Time
A Connecticut man who joked about bringing a bomb on to a Cape Cod-to-Martha's Vineyard ferry just two weeks after the Boston Marathon bombings has avoided jail time.
Krzysztof Malz of New Britain, Conn., was found guilty of threatening to commit a crime last week, and received a six-month suspended jail sentence and two years' probation.
