NEW BEDFORD - Downtown stakeholders joined developers Wednesday evening for a walkabout along Purchase Street and Wing's Court.

A nice crowd enjoyed lunch Wednesday at Wings Court in Downtown New Bedford. Thanks to a $7,500 state grant, the city's Office of Housing and Development has added patio-seating, lighting and other improvements to the area.
